The series is in four languages: English, France, Germany and Spain &#8211; they all have their own cast.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Criminal is around 12 police procedural stories which are set in the UK, Spain, France and Germany. Criminal is set in a police interview room and is described by Netflix as a &#8220;stripped-down, cat-and-mouse drama&#8221; that &#8220;focuses on the intense mental conflict between detectives and suspects.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In the cast announcement you can see mugshots being taken followed by scenes of interrogation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/L82Gx5wrPVs\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The producers of the series also produced Killing Eve and Endeavour.
