Joshua unfortunately lost his titles due to a left hook to the side of the head and that caused Joshua to go down to the floor a few times since he was unable to recover from that blow, 4 times in the space of a few rounds. That one left hook from Andy Ruiz caused to whole fight and caused Joshua to lose his heavyweight titles in a massive upset!<\/p>\n<p>In his training camp video, released from Matchroom Boxing, Joshua is training to counter any of Ruiz&#8217;s left hooks to avoid another upset to happen in the next fight and allow him to regain his world titles once again and become a 2x undisputed heavyweight champion of the world.
